Give someone the gift of health and fitness with an MJ Health and Fitness Gift Certificate, ideal for birthdays, weddings and anniversaries. MJ Health and Fitness Personal Trainer Gift Certificates can be purchased for any of our services and training packages. The certificate can be mailed to you or directly to the recipient.

Cancellation Policy

MJ Health and Fitness work on a scheduled appointment basis. In order for us to effectively use our time, we ask that you give 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment. Personal training sessions cancelled inside of 24 hours will be billed at the normal rate of a single session.
