Pre and Post Natal
We can help you to keep fit and healthy throughout your pregnancy as well as incorporating relaxation and breathing techniques to keep you stress free. In addition when you’ve had your baby, we can help you get back into your jeans! However, helping you get back into your jeans is only part of what we do – we also work with you to help you regain strength in your stomach muscles and back and improve your aerobic fitness. Our nutritional assessment and meal plan guidance will also help you get back in shape. We also understand that you do not have much free time on your hands, or won’t necessarily feel comfortable training in a gym, so we can travel to you so that you can train in the comfort and privacy of your own home.

Small Group Personal Training is a unique way for people to benefit from the quality service of Personal Training but in the motivational set up of a group. It may be made up of friends, work colleagues or simply people with similar training goals or interests.

Sport Specific Training programmes are individually designed to meet the specific needs of each athlete so that they may reach their true potential in the shortest time possible. Programme are based on player's sport, age, sex, physiological profile.
